— Who are you? Why should I listen to you

I’m a 7x career pivoter and coach who thrived at my dream companies like Meta, Pinterest, Intuit, LinkedIn, and now Figma helping pivoters and aspiring Program Managers land dream PM jobs without PMP certifications.

Having navigated multiple roles across Sales, Account Management, Ad Ops, Enablement, Customer Success and Operations over the past 9 years, I've built up a playbook on how to thrive in any role and own my career. I'm passionate about helping others grow their PM skills, navigate imposter syndrome, and chart your own dream project management career.

I work with you in a cohort-style program to help you land your next Program Manager job. That means I’m guiding, teaching and answering your questions to meet you where you are using tried and true methods.

I do not interview, apply, or send messages on your behalf. You got to put in the work!

My goal is to help you learn, grow and be self-sufficient. Think about it as a professional career investment.

—What are expectations for students?

I’m 100% invested in you and expect you to be equally invested. This is your career. Minimum expectations:

• Able to commit at least 3-5 hours a week to your job search process
• Do necessary pre-work and post-work from each session
• Allocate the next 3-6 months for dedicated job search
• Be proactive about communicate updates, challenges and progress to me and the community

I do not provide 100% guarantees. No one can! I can promise you this is the best thing I’ve built so far. And it will work for you! The question is “Will you work for it”? It’s the thing I wish existed when I was navigating my project management career. I've helped 100% of my clients land jobs within 90 days (avg 60 days) and loved every moment of it.

This course is not for people who are on the fence.

It's for people who are familiar with me, understand how important quality is to me, and want to put in the work necessary to see the results.
